Asbestos is a naturally occurring mineral made up of microscopic bundles of fibers that can become airborne when distributed. Those fibers get into the air, where they can be inhaled into the lungs. This may lead to significant health problems, such as cancer, asbestosis and mesothelioma.
Our team will come to your place of business or your residence to provide a full inspection of the suspected area. We will design response actions and monitor the project from start to finish, coming up with a full management plan that details the steps we will take to manage and inventory asbestos materials in place. We will take bulk samples, perform contaminated site assessments and generally ensure you are kept in the loop at all times.

Mold
Mold can thrive in damp and moldy environments, proliferating at an alarming rate. Many times, you don’t know it’s even there, as it grows in basements, attics, and behind walls and shower stalls. The presence of mold over time can cause a variety of health effects, such as nasal stuffiness, throat irritation, coughing or wheezing, and eye or skin irritation. In the case of toxic black mold, it can even be deadly.
We offer two main services: mold inspection and mold remediation.
Mold inspection involves identifying the presence of mold and defining the size and scope of the problem. Mold remediation involves sampling, cleaning, sanitizing, treating and possibly demolishing portions of the area affected. We do not provide actual mold removal but will provide you with a reference of local companies we trust.
Lead
Lead is a naturally occurring element found in small amounts in the earth's crust. It can be toxic to humans and animals, causing a variety of ill health effects, particularly the development of the brain and nervous system. Exposure to lead can also cause long-term harm, including increased risk of high blood pressure and kidney damage.
